Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Performance of diagnostic assessments inclusive of Pure Tone Audiometry, Tympanometry and Auditory reflex testing.
* Provide exceptional patient care and counselling on hearing health to diverse patient groups inclusive of Adult Rehab and Pediatrics.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for patients while maintaining strong rapport with local GPs, ENTs and Allied Health Professionals.
* Stay updated on the latest developments in Audiology and hearing aid technology.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Member of an Australian-approved professional body
* Relevant experience in adult hearing rehabilitation including conducting of hearing assessments, fitting of hearing devices and other ALDs.
* Previous experience in cochlear implant services and vestibular testing will be highly regarded but not required. The successful candidate will be provided with appropriate training as part of skills development.
* A passion to serve clients for better hearing and wellness.
