The Customer Service Representative - AED Managed Services will be responsible for supporting the AED Managed Services program, which setting up and monitoring the LIFELINK Central platform for each customer, providing communications with customer regarding any changes or updates to their AED's and/or LLC platform, as well as notifying distributors of any requests for accessories and consumables.
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
