About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing public relations and promotional activities, including media partnerships, to support the Marketing Plan and brand positioning. This role will play a critical part in enhancing revenue streams across various departments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Project management of marketing and sales activities
* Enhancing the hotel's online presence through targeted web development strategies
* Designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating marketing communication strategies
* Maintaining alignment with Hyatt and Park Hyatt standards
* Assisting with annual marketing budget planning
* Nurturing relationships with journalists, thought leaders, and influencers in food, travel, and lifestyle sectors
* Overseeing content development across media platforms to ensure high-quality materials
* Managing crisis communications effectively
* Leading the hotel's photographic library and coordinating photoshoots
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel setting
* A proven track record in brand positioning and marketing strategies
* Expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media
* In-depth knowledge of public relations, media outreach, reputation management, and crisis communication
