About the Role
As Workshop Foreman, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our busy workshop. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and coordinating workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow.
* Managing quality control and ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Supporting the Service Manager — and stepping into that position when required.
* Providing technical guidance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting support to the team.
* Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-organised work environment.
* Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure exceptional service and communication.
What We're Looking For
You are a motivated, capable leader with strong technical ability and a genuine interest in supporting and developing your team. You enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your work, and approach every task with professionalism and accountability.
Key attributes include:
* Proven experience in a similar role within automotive, agricultural, or mechanical industries, with strong experience across our brands (advantageous).
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
* Sound knowledge of OH&S standards and a commitment to safe work practices.
* Trade qualification in mechanics or a related field (highly desirable).
