About the role
The role is to design and deliver change programs which may include cultural change, behavioural change, transformational and/or BAU change. The role is accountable for assuring change is delivered with a structured change management approach and methodology to deliver and realise change outcomes.
Responsibilities:_
Analyse change requirements and develop and implement change management solutions that support the execution of the change management, communication and training plans for projects and BAU change.
Prepare a range of change management documentation and communication material as required to support successful implementation.
Prepare detailed and thorough reports that analyse relevant change information and data and address key issues.
Partner with a range of stakeholders to develop workable action plans in relation to change and transition activities.
Contribute to productive working relationships with open communication and sharing of information
Develop and implement reporting methodologies and tools to track and monitor progress against project plans.
Contribute to transition and business risk and issue identification including mitigation and escalation as required.
Act as an advocate of the Change Management methodology and champion the collaborative working relationship between the business and the wider project community to obtain successful change implementation.
About you
Demonstrated track record in delivering change management advice and services in project and BAU environments.
Demonstrated relationship building and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
