An chance has become available for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/ Personal Assistant to assist their team. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting of patients
Booking appointments and procedures
Management of all patient data, correspondence
Invoicing and receipting of consultations
Organising theatre lists
Surgical quotations
Utilising Clinic to cloud software
To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Professional approach and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi task and problem solve in a busy environment
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
