This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinician to join our team and contribute to the rehabilitation and reintegration of children and young people into their communities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based clinical assessments and targeted criminogenic and non-criminogenic programs on an individual or group basis to children and young people in community and in custody.
This role requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex issues affecting the clients' well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments of children and young people's needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address their specific requirements.
* Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions to promote positive change and reduce risk factors contributing to offending behavior.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including case managers, behaviour support specialists, youth justice workers and our extended community and custodial operations staff.
