Are you passionate about Digital Experiences? We're seeking an analytical and highly organised Digital Experience Coordinator to join our ANZ Marketing team. This is an opportunity to work closely with APM's Digital and Technology team and external developers to ensure seamless integrations, website functionality, and timely implementation of digital projects. This role can be based across our offices in Australia in a Full-Time capacity.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Management and front-end development of all APM Group digital platforms.
* Update, manage, and maintain website content across all APM Group digital platforms.
* Ensure all digital platforms meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for inclusive and user-friendly experiences.
* Conduct and coordinate user testing to identify areas of improvement and ensure a seamless digital experience.
* Support broader marketing team initiatives by aligning website changes with campaign goals and team projects.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Web Development or similar.
* 2+ years' experience in similar role.
* Proficiency in content management systems such as Drupal or Wordpress.
* Proficiency in front-end development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Basic knowledge of back-end systems is advantageous.
* Understanding of UX/UI principles.
* Understanding of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
* Familiarity with website accessibility standards (WCAG) and tools for compliance testing.
* Knowledge of website performance monitoring and analytics, including tools like Google Tag Manager and Hotjar.
