The Opportunity
We're hiring a marketing manager to lead our global go-to-market for AI Management. This role balances execution and strategy, responsible for driving pipeline and new client revenue growth in an exciting new space - AI agents and AI-native operations. We're a small team in the Melbourne office - 10 people - who have built successful startups before, including the main business - Influx.com - and other Melbourne startup success stories - 99designs, Flippa, Envato, Sana Commerce, PageUp, SignOnSite and others.
You'll work closely with leadership across marketing, sales, and product to bring our AI capabilities to market - globally - and continuously improve how we generate demand and close deals.
Your success will be measured by one core outcome: new client acquisition.
Types of Things You'll Be Doing
Campaigns & Demand Generation
* Own the full lifecycle of campaigns: idea, build, launch, execute, improve
* Create exceptional content, landing pages, emails, and sales collateral
* Test bold ideas — messaging, hooks, and offers — and iterate weekly based on performance
* Source and engage with partners to make campaigns more successful
* Own and continuously improve core sales assets — decks, one-pagers, case studies, landing pages
* Translate complex AI workflows into simple, compelling value propositions that resonate with buyers
* Partner directly with salespeople to refine messaging and improve close rates
* Conduct regular review meetings, where you share what's working/not with our services across different segments and use cases
* Contribute to how AI Management is positioned and understood in the market
* Own the feedback loop between market → messaging → campaigns
* Extract insights from sales calls, customer conversations, and campaign performance
* Turn those insights into sharper internal positioning (ICP, market, competitive substitutes, etc)
What Success Looks Like (6 Months)
* You've launched multiple campaigns and established a consistent weekly testing cadence
* You're generating consistent qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts
* Core sales assets are being used across deals and improve conversion rates
* You've identified key funnel bottlenecks and implemented changes that improve performance
* You're operating with full ownership — identifying problems, shipping solutions, and driving measurable outcomes
* Your operating reviews drive change organizationally
What We're Looking For
* 3–10 years in a B2B growth or marketing role
* 2+ years in a B2B marketing role
* Multiple years in one role where you've driven incremental improvements
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
* Comfortable working as a team of one while utilizing shared services and resources
* Experience supporting pipeline generation and improving funnel performance
* Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas into practical messaging that lands
* Data-driven, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
