We are looking for a skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet. This is a full-time position requiring regular morning and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversight and coordination of daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
2. Collaboration with kitchen staff to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
3. Training and development of junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
* 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive, positive and professional attitude.
