Who You Are
* A results-driven, enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for world-class customer service
* Experience of Genetec and fibre networks and L2, L3 Switching for data centres
* Ideally, a minimum of five years of relevant security industry experience is desired, though junior level candidates will be considered
* Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in electronics, Mechatronics, or electrical engineering or equivalent, product-specific and applicable industry/IT certifications, a valid driver’s licence, and a valid Security Licence
What You Will Be Doing
* Perform project engineering tasks including application engineering, programming, and troubleshooting of assigned projects
* Create, update, and finalize comprehensive project documentation
* Conduct in-depth analysis of plans, specifications, and contracts to determine overall project requirements
* Provide technical support, act as a resource to sales
