Graphic Designer (Signage + Vehicle Wraps) — Full Time
Bailey Print Group is a leading provider of large format signage and vehicle wraps in Brisbane. We're known for exceptional quality, industry-leading projects, and a supportive, energetic team culture. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with signage experience to join our Salisbury production studio full-time.
This role is ideal for a designer who loves seeing their work come to life in the real world — on vehicles, buildings, and displays across Brisbane and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Create artwork and prepare print-ready files for signage, displays, and vehicle wraps.
* Work closely with project managers and the production team to ensure jobs are accurate and production-ready.
* Liaise with clients on creative design and job execution.
* Assist with creative content for digital marketing, including photography and videography for our website and social channels.
* Apply strong prepress knowledge, colour accuracy, and digital workflow processes to every job.
Skills & Experience
* Signage / large format experience is essential.
* Minimum 3 years' graphic design experience.
* Diploma in Graphic Design (required).
* High-level skills in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Strong knowledge of Mac environments and Adobe CC (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
* Experience with Onyx Thrive V12 and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent understanding of file formats, prepress, colour management and digital workflows.
* Understanding of 4-colour process and spot colour print processes.
* Impeccable attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
* Ability to troubleshoot and reduce wastage.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a small team.
* Energetic, motivated and reliable.
* Permanent resident or Australian citizen status required.
