Powertech is a specialist service provider delivering high-voltage and low-voltage testing, commissioning, operations, maintenance, engineering services, and equipment hire to clients across various sectors in Australia and Southeast Asia.
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role involves performing a range of duties including:
* Portable appliance testing as required
* Maintaining all inventory owned by Powertech
* Generating quotations, rental contracts, stock/inventory, and customer database maintenance in the Epicor ERP system
* Procuring new equipment
* Approving invoices and assigning sales mark-ups, calibration, and rental prices for assets
* Receiving and sending equipment
* Conducting regular stocktakes of all inventory items
* Providing exceptional customer service
The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term client relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
