The Team

We are a vibrant multidisciplinary team (MDT) that includes lived experience workers, nurses, psychologists, social workers and psychiatrists working at the Glenorchy Community Mental Health Continuing Care Team.

The Role

* Provide face‐to‐face and telephone reception service for Mental Health Service clients.
* Ensure sensitive and confidential handling of all enquiries and that information is provided to the correct clinician in a timely manner.
* Undertake general administrative and clerical duties as required by senior staff and other clinicians within the Team.

You will need

* Ability to exercise initiative, judgement and confidentiality to work effectively both individually and as a member of a multidisciplinary team within an environment subject to work pressure and change.
* Knowledge and experience of office administration practices including competent keyboard skills and the ability to undertake administrative duties using office automation systems within a Microsoft Office environment.
* General knowledge of financial administration processes within the public sector.

Details of appointment

Permanent part‐time, day worker position, working 30.4 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full‐time, part‐time and casual vacancies.

Salary

$66,049 to $70,993 per annum (pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.

You'll have access to a salary package and a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
