It is essential for you to have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills working with various members of the team and liaising with external stakeholders.
POSITION PROFILE
• Provide timely and accurate payments to service providers and clients.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries ensuring that information provided is accurate and in accordance with APES, NDIS Terms of Business, QSC and other federal and state/territory policies in relation to the provision of plan management services.
• Assist the finance team in lodging claims to the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency).
• Reconcile payments to service providers and clients.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, support coordinators, service providers and NDIA.
• Other general administrative tasks as required including accurately maintaining database records and other duties to support the operations of the NDIS Ideal Plan Management team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•Obtained Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Positive team player attitude with a customer-centric focus
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational, time management skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple tasks
