Assistant Store Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to take on the role of Assistant Store Manager in our Western Australian store. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in retail management.
In this role, you will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including stock management and merchandising. You will lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong team engagement. Additionally, you will help manage sales targets and store performance, and contribute to the development of a safe, inclusive and efficient store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. They will be hands-on and proactive in their approach to store operations, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A collaborative leadership style focused on development and results is essential, as well as a genuine passion for people and community.
