Our Carers assist our clients with personal care needs, domestic support, shopping, and respite care. Whether you are qualified or unqualified, we have a role for you to find your SPARK
**The Role**:
- Providing in-home services for clients, traveling to their homes, and assisting with their care needs
- This will include personal care work and assistance such as taking them to appointments, shopping, or out to see friends
- Duties may extend beyond provision of personal care to light domestic chores and general housekeeping.
- Building strong relationships with clients and their loved ones
- Ensuring client's safety and wellbeing
- Maintaining positive communication with clients, caregivers, and the HomeCare team
- Providing open communication and reporting changes in the client's health status
**About you**:
- Driver's license with a fully insured & registered vehicle
- A confident, client & solutions-focused approach to your work
- Ability to work flexible hours
- A current First Aid (HLTAID003) & CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc)
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Individual Support
- Experience in aged care, preferably in the community
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret care plans
