In this role, you'll: You'll be part of the Finance Team under the Corporate Services division. You'll be part of a high-performing team working out of the Newcastle Service Centre, managing general updates, processing sales orders, journals, and providing month-end support.
You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels, adhering to processes and practicing customer service to deliver positive outcomes.
This is a temporary position until 19th December 2025, based in our Newcastle service centre.

About You You have experience working in a contact centre setting providing Customer Service, Administration, and Finance-related assistance. You can follow strict processes, are comfortable working against high volumes of work, and can work across multiple systems simultaneously.
You must be able to travel to work from Newcastle at least three times a week.
