About The Opportunity

This Sales & Service Coordinator position offers the chance to work within a dedicated and passionate team that delivers meaningful technology solutions. The primary objective of this role is to provide internal sales and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Providing day-to-day administrative and sales support to the internal sales team
* Technical resource scheduling to ensure a smooth day to day run
* Managing customer inquiries and coordinating with internal departments to deliver timely solutions
* Assisting with the preparation of quotes, order processing, and follow-ups
* Maintaining customer records and handling documentation accurately
* Supporting reporting, filing, and ad hoc tasks as required
* Engaging with clients and helping drive sales initiatives in a support capacity

About You

The successful candidate will have:

* 5+ years experience in sales support or internal sales roles
* Experience with resource scheduling (desirable)
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
* Experience in radio communication is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided

You will also have:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support a dynamic team
