**Warehouse Team Leader** **Location: Lytton, QLD** **Type: Permanent**
HOBAN Recruitment is pleased to present an opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader based in Lytton, QLD. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range, based out of their new and fresh Lytton facility. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading a successful warehouse team, ensuring operational efficiency, and promoting a culture of safety.

**Role Duties and Responsibilities**: In this role, you will:
- Ensure compliance with Work, Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
- Effectively communicate safety issues and initiatives to the team
- Coordinate pickers, forklift drivers, CSR's, and transport providers to meet operational goals
- Oversee stock accountability before customer stocktakes
- Meet container unpack and turnaround targets as per KPIs
- Ensure accurate order picking for correct stock delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to exceed set goals
- Manage change within the team to meet business and customer requirements
- Perform additional tasks as required to meet business needs
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
- Proven leadership abilities with mínimal supervision required
- Hold a current forklift license
- Cert IV Warehouse and Logistics (desirable)
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
