* Prepare, cook, and season high-quality meals in accordance with our menu specifications.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Undertake recordkeeping (food safety plans, fridge/ freezer temperature) to ensure activities are being undertaken to set standards and timeframes.
• Tailor meals to meet individual needs and dietary requirements
* Competent in the operation of all catering equipment and able to demonstrate operational procedures of kitchen equipment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Uphold kitchen safety regulations and guidelines.
* Be qualified in cookery with AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) or have minimum three years' experience as a Cook in a Commercial Kitchen
• Ideally at least 1 year of full-time experience
