The Assistant Teacher role provides a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children (ages 3-5) develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills in a classroom setting. This position also involves traveling to homes of enrolled families monthly to provide additional educational services and support.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* An initial teaching certification or be enrolled in a program to complete within two years of hire
* A valid driver's license
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, preferred
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week for 41 weeks per year, with some flexibility during breaks. You will have access to ongoing professional development, regular team support, and competitive compensation.
