Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress and drive adoption.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
* Analyse post-implementation data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Experience in benefits realisation or business performance management in large-scale projects.
* Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Recruitment, Onboarding).
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
