We are seeking a passionate and skilled Product & Process Chemist to join our dynamic team and lead the development of sustainable chemical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Formulate and synthesize biolubricants, emulsifiers, and bio-additives for industrial and cosmetic applications.
· Optimize biodiesel production processes to enhance yield and efficiency.
· Conduct advanced analytical testing to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs.
· Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, experiments, and protocols.
· Provide technical support to clients and participate in industry events and conferences.
· Drive innovation in sustainable chemical technologies and contribute to research publications.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology or Chemical Engineering (Honors preferred).
· Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical formulation, process optimization, or related roles.
· Hands-on experience with biodiesel, bio-lubricants, and cosmetic formulations.
· Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025).
· Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and safety protocols.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
· Experience in academic instruction or research is a plus.
