The role
- Full Time, Continuing
- Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Port Macquarie, Wagga Wagga (other locations / remote working within Australia may be considered)
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of major projects and programs, working closely with stakeholders across the University—from Enterprise Architects and Developers to Project Managers and University leaders.
Your expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis will help shape impactful solutions that deliver real value.
About you
- Extensive experience in conducting and leading complex business analysis and requirements management, preferably in the higher education sector.
- Previous experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) implementations is required.
Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) implementation is preferred.
- Proficient in leading process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the project life cycle, supported by demonstrated skills in business process modelling.
- Strong technical aptitude for analysing the connections between systems, data, and business processes.
- Familiar with using artificial intelligence tools to help achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders and translate complex concepts.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
