Synergie Australia is seeking a Admin Assistant for Food Manufacturing Company located in Warwick Farm
The important parts:
* 3 Days per week, Must be available Saturdays
* $35 Per Hour
* Immediate start
What you will be required to do:
* Rostering: Assist with scheduling and maintaining accurate staff rosters for a 24/7 operation.
* Documentation: Create and update training materials, manuals, and written SOPs.
* Data & Reporting: Perform extensive Excel work, including data entry, formatting, analysis, and report generation.
* Systems Management: Work across multiple internal systems (full training provided).
To be successful in the role you will:
* Previous administrative experience (required)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Clear written communication skills
* Ability to learn new software and systems
* A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
* Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced professional environment
