The Role
Position Title: Food & Beverage Attendant
Reports to: Team Leader Hospitality
Employment Type: Casual
Location: The Links Shell Cove
Salary: $36.71 per hour (including casual loading) + 12% super. Penalties are paid in addition for Saturday/Sunday work and public holidays.
As a Barista & Bar Attendant, your role is not just about serving drinks; it's about creating connections and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You'll be preparing a full range of delicious beverages and maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of our bar and café.
* Craft and serve high-quality beverages while showcasing your barista skills.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
* Handle cash transactions with accuracy and ensure the security of cash and stock.
What We Are Looking For
* 18 years or older with RSA and RCG accreditation.
* Previous experience in bar operations and cash handling.
* A team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Bonus points if you have barista experience or advanced RCG accreditation! Your positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a great team culture will set you apart.
