Responsible for coordinating/facilitating Enterprise ethics and privacy activities and initiatives across CGS Philippines. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Performs complex-level risk assessments to determine areas at potential risk, conducts the most complex ethics and privacy investigations, administers Privacy communications and training programs including content development, editing, and delivery, tracks and addresses/resolves privacy complaints, privacy breaches, and vendor and technical issues, maintains the Privacy Office website, including regional materials posted to the site, maintains corporate and country Privacy policies and procedures, including the facilitation of the development, revision, approval, and distribution processes, manages and monitors compliance efforts related to the review of proposed privacy legislation and the implementation of new privacy laws, support high level legal and regulatory research to develop strategic action plans in partnership with Legal and Compliance partners, develops training and communication plans, manages and leads scheduled and ad hoc ethics and privacy projects, delivers ethics and privacy consultation services to managers and associates across the CGS Philippines, will collaboratively work with Compliance and Legal counterparts, willing to work US hours. Requires a BA/BS degree with 5-7 years of experience in ethics and privacy preferably related to the health insurance industry.
