Simtars is seeking a professional with a strong scientific, technical, or engineering background to lead a small team of engineers and developers in the SafeGas team. Reporting directly to the branch Director, this role is central to managing implementation projects and delivering innovative solutions that enhance safety and operational outcomes for health and safety within the mining sector.
This role requires a proven leader with exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience in the mining industry, combined with the confidence to engage directly with customers, is highly valued.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the technical knowledge and leadership capability to guide their team in achieving shared goals.
