Be among the first 25 applicants. Services Officer / Reserve Conductor – Bendigo. Ongoing, part-time position based primarily at Bendigo station with potential to work at other stations along the Bendigo line within 80km of your home. Shifts can begin as early as 3:30 AM and may end at 3:30 AM.

Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service to customers on V/Line services and ensure safety on and around the rail.
- Sell Myki and V/Net tickets, make platform announcements, assist passengers, and maintain station and facility cleanliness.
- Assist during planned and unplanned disruptions by coordinating bus replacements and supporting on-time train departures.
- Communicate accurate and timely information to customers and organise coach replacements where required.
- Carry out platform and customer service duties as required.
About You
- Self-motivated individuals who prioritise customer service and safety.
- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and an operational environment is an advantage.
- Good situational awareness and a strong safety focus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Focus on safety culture and ability to travel to other stations to provide service along the line.
- Minimum Year 10 education; Victorian Driver Licence.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and alignment with V/Line values (responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership, human rights).

- Remuneration in line with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2023 or Asset Management Enterprise Agreement 2023.
