The OSHC Team Leader plays a pivotal role in program implementation, collaborating closely with leadership to ensure services meet local, state and federal requirements.
* Program Management: Develop engaging activities tailored to children's interests, promoting learning and fun.
* Leadership & Guidance: Mentor educators, ensuring teamwork and clear communication, while supporting the Cluster Director in delivering inclusive programs.
* Child Safety & Wellbeing: Foster a safe, inclusive and positive environment for children aged 5-12, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs.
* Compliance & Operations: Maintain records, adhere to policies and regulations, upholding high standards of quality and excellence.
We require candidates who are passionate about working with young people, hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a relevant qualification, and possess a valid NSW Working with Children Check.
