We are growing and are seeking outstanding Casual Florists to join the team, in our Sydney base in Silverwater.
About the Role:
Our ideal candidate is someone who has excellent floral presentation skills with a creative flair and a great eye for balance and colour. We are looking for someone who has a genuine love of flowers and who loves to build and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring their expectations are exceeded with each order.
You will report to the Production Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Senior Florist / Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Communicating collaboratively with team members
* Ability to replicate floral designs with diligence as well as to create unique floral designs, making recommendations
* Fulfilling and creating orders for our online orders
* Liaising with Customers to create floral displays that exceed their expectations
* Following operational health and safety requirements
* Other duties as directed
Qualifications:
* Who is aqualified Florist
* Has a passion for Customers and Flowers
* Who loves working as part of a team
* Who loves what you do, is reliable and available to work Monday through Saturday.
