* Collaborate with regional and branch managers to improve inventory and stock turns.
* Support new branches, refurbishments, relocations, and closures.
* Provide local reporting, inventory management, and compliance support.
* Manage customer pricing and participate in supplier negotiations.
* Mentor the operational assistant and oversee distribution center purchasing.
* Assist branches with ERP system optimization and compliance audits.
* Lead WHS training and conduct safety audits.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in the region, including inventory management, compliance, and reporting. You will also be required to mentor staff and develop their skills.
