What You'll Be Doing
* Managing an established residential portfolio of 150 properties
* Strengthening relationships with landlords and tenants
* Overseeing maintenance, repairs, arrears, lease renewals, and all compliance
* Conducting routine and outgoing inspections with support on hand
* Delivering a standard of service the agency is known for in the local market
What You'll Bring
* 1–2+ years of Property Management experienceCertificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
