Oliver Wyman is shaping the future of the financial services industry by helping the world's top financial institutions address their most significant issues. We have an unparalleled understanding of the evolving market structures, economics, and strategic and regulatory trends across all segments of the financial services sector. Our distinct approach is characterized by deep specialization and rigorous fact‐based analysis.

The Practice Group is organized into different practices serving specific financial services segments (Corporate & Institutional Banking, Retail & Business Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance) or providing functional expertise across these segments (Finance, Risk & Public Policy). We continuously strive to be trusted advisors for financial sector leaders, supporting them on their most critical and complex problems and delivering impact and transformations. Our portfolio of clients ranges from the top regional banks to investors, capital markets, insurers, central banks, and ministries of finance.

What You Will Do

Our team seeks experienced professionals who bring the know‐how to make lasting change for our clients and our company. We position ourselves as a pure player in strategy consulting, providing deep industry‐ and discipline‐specific knowledge and expertise that amplifies our impact and helps shape the future for our clients.

You will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis, identify core issues in complex analyses, and craft suitable recommendations. You will work side by side with clients and your project team to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into the subject area they have chosen.

* Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
