This role will suit someone who is passionate about talent acquisition as an advisory discipline, comfortable engaging with hiring managers across the organisation, and confident providing guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate quality and labour market insights.

We are rapidly progressing the Mardie Salt Operation and Potash Project (Mardie Operation), a tier 1 solar evaporation project that will supply high‐purity industrial salt and sulphate of potash (SOP) for more than 60 years.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands‐on Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment across the business and help ensure BCI attracts and secures the talent required to deliver the Mardie Salt & Potash Project.
In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, provide practical recruitment advice, and deliver high‐quality hiring outcomes across a range of operational and corporate roles.
You'll manage end‐to‐end recruitment, from hiring manager brief through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment with workforce planning and organisational priorities.
A key focus for our team is securing the right resources for the business, not simply filling vacancies. You'll play an important role in identifying and engaging the right talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and helping ensure BCI has the capability required to support our long‐term success.
About You:
You have experience delivering recruitment outcomes in a mining, resources or heavy industry environment and enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and secure the right people for the business.
You are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at once, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* 3–5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within mining, resources or heavy industry
* Experience delivering end‐to‐end recruitment processes
* Experience in direct sourcing and building candidate pipelines
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation as it relates to recruitment
* Experience using HR systems, recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
* Experience within the salt industry
The successful candidate will be required to provide a police clearance that is not older than 3 months. You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
