The Position
We are currently looking for an experienced, professional and mature-minded Relocation Consultant in the Townsville Region, who can assist in the relocation process for some of our major Government accounts. This includes responsibilities relating to home sourcing, school search and settling in, amongst many other services that Kent Government offer. The role is work from home and in the field, consultancy-based as needed.
It is preferred that the candidate has experience in relocation services; drive and initiative, with a dynamic and enthusiastic personality. You will be managing our relocation solution for selected assignees, therefore a warm, empathetic and friendly demeanour is absolutely essential.
About You
You will have demonstrated success in managing client expectations in a service delivery setting, and an ability to develop strong client relationships quickly.
Sound knowledge of real estate, relocation and mobility
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage at various levels with confidence
Ability to build rapport quickly
Holds a current ABN and drivers licence
