About Us
ANU Marketing and Communications (AMC) oversees the University's brand identity, media relations, corporate communications, major events and external engagement. AMC is led by the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) who provides strategic advice to the Vice-Chancellor, Executive and the Council on corporate affairs matters.
The Role
The Executive Assistant to the CMCO provides high level administrative support to meet evolving priorities, ensuring the efficient management of the CMCO's schedule and the effective delivery of administrative operations. This role also involves close collaboration with the Office of the Chief Operating Officer to ensure smooth and consistent strategic and administrative functions across the University.
The Person
As our ideal candidate, you will have demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative and executive support and ability to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the Office of the CMCO. You will develop and maintain relationships both internally within the University, including with the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, and externally with stakeholders, demonstrating discretion, sound judgement and diplomacy to effectively manage these relationships.
