We're looking for a hands‐on Propagation Nursery Hand to join our team and help produce high‐quality plants for the landscaping and garden centre market.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with plants and wants to build their skills in propagation.
About the Role
You'll be working in our propagation team, carrying out tasks such as grafting, budding, division, and striking cuttings. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and success of our plant production.
What You'll Be Doing
* Grafting and budding selected plant varieties
* Striking cuttings and preparing propagation material
* Dividing plants, tubing and managing stock plants
* Monitoring plant health and maintaining hygiene standards
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
* Experience in nursery work and plant propagation
* Strong attention to detail and manual skills
* A reliable, hardworking attitude
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced outdoor environment
* Interest in developing propagation skills (training provided)
