Complete detailed ingoing and outgoing inspections to ensure properties are in excellent condition before tenants move in and after they move out. Coordinate access with tenants to ensure smooth and efficient inspection processes. Assist with administrative tasks and support the broader property management team, helping to ensure all aspects of property management run smoothly. The Person A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry. A passion for providing excellent service and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners. You will enjoy managing your own time and working outside the office, with a balance of autonomy and support from the team. You must have an eye for detail, especially when it comes to property cleanliness and condition. A Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is essential for this role.
