We are on the lookout for passionate Casual Aged Care Support Workers to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our aged care clients across areas from Mermaid Beach to the Tweed Coast and down to Banora Point

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, particularly our elderly clients and those with disabilities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene with dignity.Medication Management: Administer medications as needed.Domestic Duties: Help with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.Client Engagement: Support clients in community activities such as grocery shopping or attending appointments.Balanced work life: Work between 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.Expecting short shifts throughout the day, travel between multiple clients.
Who We're Looking For: This role is perfect for individuals who:Want to move away from traditional aged care facilities and build one-on-one relationships with clients.Are excellent communicators dedicated to delivering top-notch service.Can listen attentively and work both independently and as part of a team.Maintain calmness in various environments while respecting professional boundaries.Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect for our clients' dignity (experience highly preferred)Embrace values of inclusion, integrity, excellence, and courage.
