Hours: negotiable but ideally 10.30am-3pm, 5 days, Monday to Friday
(As Steamatic operates within the emergency services sector, there may be occasions, particularly during major events such as floods, fires, or storms, where additional hours are required. Any such hours will be compensated in accordance with our employment conditions.)
· Location: Epsom, Bendigo (near the palm trees)
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Insurance industry experience is ideal but not essential.
* Minimum 1-2 years of office administration experience required.
Skills & Attributes
* · Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* · Ability to manage and juggle multiple schedules with confidence
* · A proactive problem-solver who enjoys creating balance and structure
* · Experience working within a team environment (experience in a similar role is a bonus)
* · Exceptional customer service skills
* · Competency in MS Office
* · Intermediate level Excel, including formulas required
* · Friendly and professional phone manner
* · Strong verbal communication skills
* · Efficient multitasking and accurate data entry skills
* · Empathy, reliability, and a high level of care in your work
