Site Supervisor - Subdivisions - Civil ContractorA market leading Civil contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Subdivisions to join their growing business in the Ipswich to Brisbane region.As the Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing on-site programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management, and supervision of all technical aspects of the project.Our client is looking for a Supervisor with subdivision experience, delivering mostly residential subdivisions from smaller up to $100m+.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Previous experience in site supervision on subdivision projectsExceptional individual and team leadership and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to mentor leading hands, plant operators, and labourersAn ability to manage and achieve client objectivesHigh level planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytical expertiseUnderstanding of regulatory, governance, and community requirementsAn ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environmentRelationship management, conflict management and resolution, and problem-solving expertise, with an ability to think outside the boxA commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of safety and healthQualifications and Requirements:5+ years’ management experience on civil construction projects, with subdivision experienceProven understanding of construction with a hands-on approachProven ability to effectively lead and delegateEffective problem-solving abilitiesAbility to resolve conflict and manage client expectationsHigh level of organisation and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click on “Apply” to submit your resume.
