Job Title: Aboriginal Health Advocate
As an Aboriginal Health Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential information and education regarding renal health, engaging with patients in outreach settings, and advocating for their rights within a multidisciplinary team framework.
This role involves developing strategies to enhance access to primary healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, facilitating culturally sensitive health care delivery, and working collaboratively with local Aboriginal Medical Services.
