5+ years retail management experienceYour drive and innate passion about providing a customer experience that is second to noneA reputation for your collaborative and approachable style and ability to deliver the resultsDemonstrated experience leading and coaching teamsAbility to manage budgets, drive KPI's, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient and compliant rostersHonesty, integrity, and open communicationA work ethic that is uncompromised, commitment to adding value and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job doneAs we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes.
