National dealership group with long-term career pathways Be part of a national dealership group with long-term career pathways Collaborative environment with strong leadership support About The Role As our new Branch Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering a safe and cohesive work environment, driving streamlined and customer focused processes and building employee capability for our Daimler Trucks Somerton dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking people leader looking to work with globally recognised products like Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso. Key Responsibilities: Overall management and leadership of dealership operations, including Service, Parts and Sales. Establishing and driving performance improvement to achieve customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Managing the safety program within the dealership and promoting a zero- harm safety first culture. Business development and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. About you: Strong leadership experience with a track record in building high-performing teams. Experience in a similar operational position, with responsibility for driving service department standards, team engagement, and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities, driving profitability while maintaining cost controls. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and capitalising on business growth opportunities. A high level of personal commitment to safety and compliance with safety requirements.
