About This Role
This position involves providing support to the Central Sterilising Department team in maintaining productivity and ensuring high-quality services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for timely completion of training, contributing to a positive work environment, and communicating effectively with colleagues.
1. Support the team in achieving productivity goals through effective teamwork and communication.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills relevant to the workplace by completing mandatory and role-specific training.
3. Engage in incident reporting and quality improvement activities to promote safe practices.
Requirements
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
* A Certificate III in Sterilising Services is a required qualification for this position.
* Perioperative instrument nursing experience is highly desirable but not essential.
