The Role

* Overseeing all aspects of clinic management, including staffing, rostering, and workflow
* Managing financials, budgets, and reporting
* Leading, mentoring, and developing our talented team
* Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and patient care
* Implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to optimise efficiency
* Supporting marketing, community engagement, and client relationships
