About The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Integration Specialist to support a large-scale digital transformation program focused on modernising enterprise systems and improving connectivity across platforms. This role will be responsible for both operational stability and project delivery of integration solutions, working across API platforms, middleware and cloud technologies. You will act as a subject matter expert, delivering scalable and secure integration outcomes aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and implement integration solutions and REST APIs.
* Support the operation, stability and performance of integration platforms.
* Deliver integration solutions across both project and BAU environments.
* Analyse existing integration architectures and identify improvement opportunities.
* Work across API platforms including Azure API Management or AWS Gateways.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and technical teams to deliver outcomes.
* Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance across integration practices.
Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in system and application integration.
* Proven experience designing and implementing REST APIs (OpenAPI).
* Experience with Azure APIM or AWS API Gateways (essential).
* Experience with technologies such as:
o Oracle WebLogic / Oracle Service Bus
o J2EE / Spring Boot
o Python
o Docker / Terraform
o SQL / PL/SQL
* Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (e.g. GitHub, Atlassian).
* Understanding of Agile delivery practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
* Ability to work both autonomously and within high-performing teams.

* 12-month contract

* May require travel between sites
