* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Implement and oversee best practices in candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
* Utilise recruitment metrics to analyse and improve hiring processes.
* Stay informed of market trends and adapt strategies to attract top talent in the business services industry.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during recruitment activities.
A Successful Talent Acquisition Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology to streamline processes.
* A proactive and results‐driven approach to meeting recruitment targets.
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
